Reporting to our head of projects, you will be part of a team of experienced project managers who work closely together and support each other in daily execution.
Your role
As part of the project management team, you will lead development projects within the Drives area, coordinating teams and ensuring structured execution from start to finish.
Specifically, your role will involve:
- Driving execution of product development projects within power electronics and drives
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and production
- Defining scope, timelines, and project plans in collaboration with product management
- Following up on progress, dependencies, and risks
- Ensuring delivery according to agreed time, cost, and quality targets
- Communicating status and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Maintaining structure and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Must-have qualifications
- Engineering background combined with formal project management certification (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI, or similar)
- Experience managing product development projects in a technical environment
- Strong ability to drive execution and maintain momentum across teams
- Experience working with cross-functional development teams
- Structured approach to planning, follow-up, and documentation
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience with power electronics, drives, or related systems
- Familiarity with electronics production environments
- Experience with agile development methodologies and requirements management
- Experience using project management tools and systems
- Danish language skills
