At OJ you will become a member of a strong electric floor heating team surrounded by experienced market managers, a technical support team, business minded product managers and quality experts. You will follow an extended introduction program, will be working alongside with other sales colleagues and be supported by technical and internal sales support teams.

Your tasks
- Grow sales and market share in selected markets with selected priority partners world-wide
- Identify and grow new business opportunities
- Prepare and implement the right sales strategy for each market concerning distribution, private label, and pricing
- Create Key Account plans on high potential targets which include customer insight and sales actions
- Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations
- Prepare customer budgets for each market
- Build relations to key customers
- Document new sales opportunities in the pipeline and register activities in a CRM system
- Prepare and execute an annual price strategy with each customer
- Handle contractual conditions and translate them into risk management and calculations for OJ
Your professional background
- Master’s degree in business administration or similar
- Some experience (min. 1-2 yrs.) within B2B sales
- Strong commercial mind-set / strong business acumen
- An analytical skill set
- A solid questioning technique to uncover all possible needs and sales opportunities
- A high drive, a structured, proactive, and persistent sales approach
- A strong team player who understands the importance of good relations
- You have excellent communication skills and master Danish and English at negotiating level (written and spoken). German will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite
- Experienced user in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
