In June 2023, OJ Electronics was acquired by BITZER Electronics, a BITZER Group company. This makes OJ Electronics part of the BITZER Group family, which is represented at 75 locations in over 40 countries and employs some 4200 people worldwide. OJ Electronics won Apprenticeship of the Year 2023 in our region and came in top 3 nationally. We were nominated by our colleague Jonas La Cour Westergaard who has been a part of OJ Electronics for almost 3 years. In the nomination, Jonas emphasised how easy it is to ask for advice from his colleagues here, and he finds that everyone is always happy to help each other.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

High Employee Satisfaction in a Flat Organisation<\/strong>
Technically speaking, we have a traditional hierarchical structure. But it only has three layers: Management, middle management, and employees. We are divided into traditional departments such as Sales &<\/span> Marketing, R&D, Production, etc.<\/p>\n

In practice, though, as an employee you are more likely to experience OJ as a project-oriented organisation, where your closest colleagues might not be from your own department, but rather 2-4 people from sales, production, and logistics, for example. This approach helps maintain a focus on the unique strengths of each individual while also ensuring mutual recognition across departments.
We have established a focus area that we like to call Cross Functional Process Efficiency. And with this focus we continuously improve our cooperation across departments.<\/p>\n

We work together to achieve our mission: \u201cImproving the Climate. Always\u201d. It\u2019s a mission that delivers a message both internally and externally. And ranges from the work environment to our overall objectives.
