3. From the list of network names – Does the mobile hotspot appear?
- Possible solutions:
- Yes:
Your Wi-Fi network name might contain letters/special characters (= , _) that the thermostat can’t support. Change the name of your Wi-Fi network so it only contains common letters or numbers.
- No:
Your mobile hotspots name, might also contain letters/special characters (= , _) that the thermostat can’t support. Try changing the name of your Wi-Fi network so it only contains common letters or numbers.
