Dedicated Drives for Ventilation and Compressors

AHR Expo 2026 is coming up fast, and we are pleased to announce that we’ll be attending this major event for the global HVACR industry with our own OJ Electronics booth.

We are global leaders in developing application-specific, future-ready drives for OEMs – and North America is a market we’re investing in. Our booth at AHR will give us an opportunity to demonstrate our latest advances, offer guidance practical advice, and share our extensive technical and application knowledge.

This year’s AHR will take place 2–4 February in Las Vegas, where our international team will present OJ’s latest dedicated drives for ventilation fans and for compressors. You will find us at booth C7230 in Central Hall – right near our parent company BITZER’s stand, C7335.

Application Dedicated

At OJ, we develop dedicated drives that are purpose-built for specific applications. The advantages of this approach over just adapting general-purpose solutions include more compact, efficient and robust designs that integrate quickly and easily into ventilation and compressor systems.

By concentrating exclusively on specific applications, we eliminate unnecessary complexity and ensure that functionality, performance, and compliance are aligned with your needs as a system manufacturer.

While our drives are designed for specific applications, they are motor-agnostic – supporting PM (EC), AC and PMsynRM motors to provide you with the design flexibility you need.

Propane-Ready and Ignition Protected

As natural refrigerants such as propane (R290) gain momentum, safety and compliance have become central design considerations. OJ drives are propane ready and ignition protected, supporting safe system designs and helping you meet current and upcoming regulatory requirements.

This built-in readiness reduces certification work and helps you future-proof your platforms as refrigerant legislation continues to evolve globally.

Co-Developed with OEMs

In addition to our application-specific designs, we often work closely with customers to co-develop customized drives. From application-specific functionality and control logic to tailored interfaces and form factors, customization allows our solutions to fit seamlessly into your individual system designs – including full integration in ECM motors.

Our development teams work closely with your engineers to make sure each solution enhances technical performance while enabling efficient production.

Pre-Programmed and EMC-Compliant

Integration efficiency is a key priority for OJ. That’s why our drives are delivered preprogrammed for their intended application and are designed to comply with EMC requirements without the need for cost-adding external EMC filters.

This simplifies system design, reduces component count, and shortens time to market – practical advantages that make integration faster and more cost-effective.
