Deletion of personal data

OJ Electronics A/S deletes personal data when there is no longer a legal basis to process the information or when OJ Electronics A/S no longer has a legal duty to process the information.

Information that is collected about you through your use of the website by statistical and marketing cookies is automatically deleted no later than 24 months after your last visit.

When you withdraw your consent to receive marketing newsletters via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter, your e-mail address is deleted from the mailing lists.

 

Disclosure of personal data

OJ Electronics A/S may disclose personal data to data processors to the extent necessary to carry out the aforementioned processing activities.

Written data processing agreements entered into with all data processors specify, inter alia, that personal data processing may only take place following instructions from OJ Electronics A/S.

OJ Electronics A/S utilizes external partners for website operations and improvements and newsletter distribution. In this context, your e-mail address is processed by the partner’s system to enable the delivery of newsletters with targeted marketing, and your actions in relation to the newsletters and the website are recorded and disclosed to our partners.

 

Security in relation to processing

OJ Electronics A/S has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures.
